All orders are processed and shipped before 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be
processed the next business day. Orders after 5pm hours on Friday will
be processed on Monday.

All shipping times are estimates provided
to us by our shipping partners. Weather or missed delivery attempts can
often be a factor in delayed shipments. Also international shipments may
be delayed due to the large difference in customs clearance of each country. During the entire process after ordering, you can track your order via your horlogejoutlet.nl customer portal or via the track and trace provided information to track the status of your order.

Yes, we are an authorized dealer of ALL brands/watches we offer and they all come with full manufacturer warranties that are respected internationally. All our watches sold are guaranteed 100% authentic, brand new, unworn and delivered in the original manufacturer's packaging. We also offer DEMO watches, this is always clearly stated. DEMO watches, for example, have
been used at a trade fair.

All products on our website are priced in EUR, as we are located in the Netherlands. We will only charge you the exact EUR amount shown at checkout. If you are outside the European Union, any difference in the total amount charged will be due
to currency conversion/fees from your financial institution. Please contact them for more information.
