Where is my order?
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday before 5 p.m. Orders received after 5 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Friday will be processed on Monday.
All shipping times are estimates provided to us by our shipping partners. Weather conditions or missed delivery attempts can often be a factor in delayed shipments. International shipments may also be delayed due to the significant differences in customs procedures in each country.
Throughout the entire process after placing your order, you can track the status of your order via your greatwatchdeals.com customer portal or via the track and trace information provided. Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel an order free of charge if we are informed before 4:00 PM (CET) of the day of the order by email: info@greatwatchdeals.com or via our chat.
Are the watches that we sell 100% authentic?
Yes, at greatwatchdeals.com we purchase our watches directly from brands or through their official distribution partners. This guarantees the authenticity and full manufacturer's warranty on all our products.
All our watches sold are guaranteed 100% authentic, brand new, unworn and delivered in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Why was my credit card charged more than the total amount of my order?
All products on greatwatchdeals.com are priced in EUR, as we are located in the Netherlands. We will only charge you the exact EUR amount shown at checkout. If you are outside the European Union, any difference in the total amount charged will be due to currency conversion/fees from your financial institution. Please contact them for more information.
How do I track mu order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated tracking email containing a tracking number. Can't find this tracking email? Create an account on greatwatchdeals.com using the email address linked to your order. Go to the "My Accounts" page and click on the order number you want to track. Orders that have been shipped have an order status of 'Completed' and the tracking number is listed under 'Shipping Details'. If your order does not appear in your account after you create one, please email info@greatwatchdeals.com for assistance. We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours.
What is our return policy?
When purchasing our products you have the possibility to terminate the agreement without giving reasons January to October for fourteen days and in November and December
for thirty days from the day of receipt of the product. You can exchange your order for another product during that period or return it and your have your order refunded. When returning a watch due to a defect, we request that you first contact us (preferably by chat).
When exchanging or returning, always use our return form. You can find this document under Warranty & Returns.
During the 14 day period from January to October and 30 days in November and December, in order to retain your right of withdrawal, you must to handle the product and any packaging with care. You can only unpack or use the product during this period to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep the product. If If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all delivered goods accessories and in the original packaging and condition.

When returning a complete order, we will refund you in full purchase amount back. Refund will be made within 14 days after we receive notification have received that you want to return this product. We do not charge any costs invoice for the return, but we will reimburse your costs for returning we do not. We will not accept unpaid mail. Yes, you can return brand new, unworn watches that were purchased at greatwatchdeals.com, within the return period of 14 days exchange for store credit.

How does my watch work?
In most cases your watch will have one instruction booklet for all specific functionalities included. Some brands do not offer a printed manual, but make the manuals available for download on their brand website. On our website you will also find more information about your specific watch.
My battery is empty within 30 days of receiving the watch. What should i do?
Most watch batteries last more than two years from the moment they are placed into the watch. If the watch stops functioning, this is most likely due to a prematurely discharged battery cell that needs to be replaced. Any qualified local watch repair shop, jeweller or watchmaker can replace the battery for you. Please visit our contact page if your battery is empty within the first 30 days.
What do the water resistance values mean?
Water resistance indicates how good a watch is sealed against water. Usually it works accompanied by an indication of the static test pressure to which a sample of newly manufactured watches were exposed during a so-called leak test.
3 ATM = Not intended for exposure water
5 ATM = Splash proof, suitable for washing hands or light rain
10 ATM = Water sports, suitable for swimming, surfing etc.
20 ATM = Diving, suitable for extreme ocean depths
We are not liable for a defective watch that has been exposed to a higher indication than indicated in the specifications.
Can I place a special order for a brand if greatwatchdeals.com does not have the brand on the website?
greatwatchdeals.com has a careful curated collection of brands that we carry on our website.
We are open to consider new and interesting brands.

Does my watch have a warranty?
All brands we offer are supplied with an international manufacturer's warranty. All warranty issues are handled directly with the watch manufacturer. That is why we advise you that you keep your electronic invoice as proof of purchase at a authorized retailer.
Please contact the manufacturer directly via the information in your warranty booklet or on the manufacturer's website the full warranty conditions and repair instructions. Normally the manufacturer's warranty does not cover: battery, crystal, strap or bracelet; damage as due to improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear; damage due to contact with objects; water damage.
How long does it take for my exchange/return to be processed?
We aim to process your exchange/return as quickly as possible, but this can take up to 14 working days. In exceptional cases it can take up to 21 working days. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a message from us by e-mail.
The watch I just received is not working, damaged or defective. What should i do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt Contact us at info@greatwatchdeals.com for further support. We take care of it that you will receive a working watch. You can include a brief description and add cell phone photo of the watch/damage to help guide the process. If any defects occur after wearing the watch, please contact us.
I dropped my watch and the crystal cracked. How can I have my watch repaired?
Unfortunately, manufacturer warranties do not cover replacement of crystal and parts that have been accidentally damaged or not on the have been handled correctly. Please contact the manufacturer for one service center near you to have your crystal replaced. We have no control over the prices/costs of the service center. Most local, qualified watch repair shops can replace a crystal for a small fee.
Do we service watches?
We do not service watches at greatwatchdeals.com. You can contact your manufacturer directly for a list of service centers in your country.
Where can I submit a complaint?
If you have a complaint, you can submit this via info@greatwatchdeals.com . We strive to achieve this within one within 14 days from the date of receipt.
